Shipping And Handling
All in-stock items are shipped within 3-6 business days and you will be notified of any delay. Currently, orders are only shipped within Canada . If there is an issue with delivery times or availability, an ifurniture sales associate will contact you by email within 72 hours to discuss the shipping and delivery options. You will be emailed a tracking notification email once your order has shipped.
Oversized/overweight items will require an additional fee for shipping and handling charges, which is listed in the description of the product. Total shipping cost is calculated by adding the shipping surcharge fee to the base shipping cost at check out.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online, in-store, you may exchange it (IN-STORE ONLY) or return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of purchase date with your original receipt. At any time, ifurniture reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange as well as reimbursement on shipping and handling charges.
In order to return an item via mail or for online purchase requiring a refund (within the 7 day return policy) please contact our web team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be sent a Return Authorization form that will need to be filled out in order to process your return.
Refunds are issued once an item has been received and inspected at a store location. Any items that are sent that do not meet the requirements of a return will still be seen as a sold item and a customer service representative will be in contact.
All returned items MUST be in their original packaging, including labels, in order to be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Original receipt is required for returns, exchanges and warranty repair service.
If you received free delivery and the price of your product drops, the standard delivery cost will be added to the price adjustment according to the price protection refund guarantee.
