All pieces come in solid pine timber-built to last, and with a warm orangey/honey colour. All drawers run smoothly on metal rails, and have attractive circular, brass coloured handles. Pine wood was used extensively for Colonial furniture, and because of its advantages, is still greatly used today. Bedside tables and chests don't show growth rings in their timber, only the longer pieces on the beds, will reveal the occasional ring.

Canada’s dry fall and winter climates can cause all solid wood furniture (including teak, pine, and reclaimed wood etc.) to crack or develop splits. This natural occurrence, resulting from wood’s inherent expansion/contraction in low-humidity environments, is not covered by the product warranty. Proper maintenance is critical to protect your investment.
Care Tips:
1.Keep indoor humidity 45%-60% (use a humidifier in dry seasons)
2.Avoid direct sunlight/heating/AC (maintain ≥30cm distance)
3. Apply wood oil/wax every 6-12 months (focus on edges/grain)
4.Wipe spills immediately; dust gently (no harsh cleaners)
5. Let new furniture acclimate 1-2 weeks before use
