This natural occurrence, resulting from wood’s inherent expansion/contraction in low-humidity environments, is not covered by the product warranty. Proper maintenance is critical to protect your investment.
Care Tips:
1.Keep indoor humidity 45%-60% (use a humidifier in dry seasons)
2.Avoid direct sunlight/heating/AC (maintain ≥30cm distance)
3. Apply wood oil/wax every 6-12 months (focus on edges/grain)
4.Wipe spills immediately; dust gently (no harsh cleaners)
5. Let new furniture acclimate 1-2 weeks before use
